Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quenva ("the Software"), an offline text-to-speech and voice cloning application provided by TYGRA COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using Quenva, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Software

Quenva is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that runs entirely on your own computer. It generates speech from text and can create a synthetic version of a voice from an audio sample you provide. Quenva is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Quenva on computers you own or control. You may use the audio you generate with Quenva for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the Acceptable Use section below.

3. Acceptable Use and Voice Cloning Policy

Quenva is built for you to clone your own voice. You may only create a cloned voice from:

You must not use Quenva to:

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any voice you clone and for how you use the audio you generate. Using a person's voice without permission may be unlawful in your jurisdiction, and that responsibility is yours.

4. Your Content and Privacy

Quenva runs locally on your device. Your text, voice samples, and generated audio are processed on your own computer and are not uploaded to us. We do not receive, store, or have access to the voices or audio you create. You retain ownership of the audio you generate, subject to these Terms.

5. Pre-orders and Refunds

Founding pre-orders are purchases of software that has not yet been released. Your download and license will be delivered when Quenva ships. Pre-orders are fully refundable at any time before delivery. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record on our behalf, and after delivery refund requests are handled in accordance with their policy.

6. Disclaimers

Quenva is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error free, or that generated audio will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software, or from your misuse of generated audio. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
